What you will be doing
To be successful for this role you would need to have proven experience in a high paced office environment and working within customer service role. Working in a newly renovated office located in Brisbane CBD will be working alongside enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to grow the team in customer service and sales support roles. This position focus on providing excellent customer service, managing orders, handling customer calls and resolving issues efficiently. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management and timely support for orders. Your role will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing order processes
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate data and managing customer records
- Acting as a customer champion by providing feedback and suggesting improvements
- Supporting Regional Business Managers with reporting and analysis
What you will need:
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Office 365
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- A proactive, self-motivated, and energetic approach to work
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to seek positive outcomes
