About Our Client
Our client is a leading refrigeration and HVAC wholesaler, providing customers with quality products, tailored solutions and exceptional service. With a strong history in the refrigeration industry and an extensive branch network, they are backed by a global group specialising in cooling technology and HVAC solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, high-volume trade environment in Jandakot. Working primarily from the front counter, you will assist customers with product enquiries, sales and orders while providing support to the warehouse team as required.
This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for providing professional customer service, accurately processing orders and building positive relationships with customers. Previous warehousing experience and a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
What You Will Need
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a trade, industrial or warehouse environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
- Forklift Licence highly regarded
