Short Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Scheduler / Allocator to join our East Perth operations team. This role focuses on coordinating the daily concrete delivery schedule, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and logistics planning.

About the Position
- Manage day-to-day concrete delivery scheduling
- Allocate fleet and direct drivers to maximise delivery efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
- Respond to jobsite changes and adjust schedules accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of cycle times and job interruptions
- Work closely with plant and fleet staff to optimise logistics
Key Responsibilities Include
- Oversee and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and plant capacity
- Maintain strong communication with drivers, CSOs, and site teams
- Escalate and report on delivery issues or disruptions
- Ensure compliance with fatigue management and safety policies
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operations
Skills and Experience Required
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, or logistics coordination
- Knowledge of Perth metro and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Sound computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Concrete or construction industry experience (desirable)
