Construction Support Administrator
- $43 p/h + penalties
- Immediate start
- Temp to Perm after 6 months
- Located in Ingleburn, NSW
About Our Client
We are seeking an experienced Construction Support Administrator to join our client's team for a temp to permanent position, located in Ingleburn, NSW. Our client is an Australian company specializing in the design, manufacture, distribution, and support of mobile lighting, power, and water pumping equipment. They serve industries such as mining, construction, oil and gas, and infrastructure.
What you will be doing
- Answer and handle technical support enquiry calls from customers and engage other employees to address questions.
- Administrative duties such as timesheet entry, purchase order creation and expediting, receivables follow up, invoicing.
- Monitor revenue and contribute to forecast projections.
- Provide administrative support to the service team.
- Assist the Service Manager / Branch Manager with daily branch operation's.
- Create, schedule, receive and process orders, provide information concerning changes, pricing in service and shipping.
What you will need
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Previous administrative skills including experience with Microsoft computer packages, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to set up, maintain and improve filing system
- Knowledge of the M3 system (desirable)
