Civil Labourer
- $38.80 44.80 p/h + penalties (pending experience)

About Our Client:
Our client is a powerhouse partnership delivering highquality civil construction, landscaping, and infrastructure solutions across Australia. Roster:
Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm
What you will be doing:
- Supporting civil construction, earthworks, and site development tasks within a Defence environment.
- Operating machinery and plant (where licensed) safely and efficiently as part of a coordinated crew.
- Assisting with drainage, trenching, materials handling, road preparation, and general civil duties.
- Working collaboratively with site supervisors to ensure highquality, compliant project delivery.
- Upholding strict safety standards required on Defence sites and ensuring work is performed with professionalism and cultural respect.
What you will need:
- Civil construction experience across earthworks, drainage, roadworks, or general infrastructure projects.
- Roller ticket experience operating rollers safely and efficiently.
- Watercart ticket capability to manage dust suppression and site water control.
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence requirement for operating HR vehicles on site.
- Excavator ticket competency in trenching, digging, and earthmoving tasks.
- Posi Track ticket experience completing detailed earthworks and site prep.
- Electrical Spotter / Safety Observer competency (NSW) ability to work safely around overhead and underground electrical services.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability, and adherence to site procedures.
