About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established structural steel fabrication and construction business based in regional New South Wales. It specialises in the manufacture, supply, and installation of structural steel for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The business is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Roster:

11 hour shifts, with 30 minute unpaid meal break.

What you will be doing:

• Operate Bobcat, Skid Steer and Posi Track equipment.
• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Loading and moving construction materials.
• Trenching and backfilling.
• General earthworks support.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and daily maintenance.
• Assist ground crews when plant is not operating.
• Maintain safe work practices around personnel and services.

What you will need:

• Construction White Card.
• Valid Bobcat/Skid Steer competency (RII or equivalent).
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Demonstrated civil or construction experience.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Ability to obtain/hold Defence site clearance if required.

Desirable

• Excavator competency.
• Roller or Loader tickets.
• HR Licence.
• Working at Heights.
• Civil construction experience.
