About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established leader in waste management and resource recovery, operating one of the regions most advanced FOGO (Food Organics and Garden Organics) processing facilities located in Woodlawn. With a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and environmental sustainability, they are looking to expand their team with a motivated Depot Hand/ Cleaner.

Roster:

Monday to Friday: 6am 2pm (overtime can be available)

What you will be doing:

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the FOGO facility.
• Perform manual picking and sorting of incoming FOGO materials.
• Assist with efficient processing and general housekeeping.
• Operate site equipment, including Columbian Tipper where required.
• Conduct daily equipment checks.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Carry out basic preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Provide general operational support to the business unit.
• Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures.
• Work to required customer, safety and performance standards.

What you will need:

• Drivers licence Class C
• Operating machinery (desirable, not essential)
• Able to pass a National Police Clearance
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol testing
• Ability to work as part of a team
