About the Client
Our client is a specialist heavy vehicle mechanical services provider, delivering repairs, maintenance and precision wheel alignment solutions across a wide range of vehicles. Their services cover trucks, buses, trailers and 4WDs, with capabilities including suspension work, steering repairs, fabrication and fleet maintenance.
What You Will Be Doing
They are currently seeking a qualified diesel fitter or mechanics to be based out of their workshop in Narangba . This is a long-term position, working Monday - Friday. Your duties will include;
- Perform servicing and maintenance on the various vehicle fleet
- performing repairs on damaged vehicles ranging from trucks, buses and trailers
- Diagnosing and problem solving faults
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- heavy diesel fitter or mechanic trade certificate and background
- A strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
- ability to work unsupervised and get the job right the first time
- MR drivers licence (advantageous, not essential)
