About Our Client:
Our client is one of Australia and New Zealands leading providers of integrated environmental solutions. Our client delivers essential services across waste management, resource recovery, water and wastewater treatment, industrial services, and energy efficiency, partnering with businesses, councils, governments, and communities to support sustainable operations and ecological transformation.
Roster:
Monday Friday 7am to 4pm
What you will be doing:
- Servicing and repairing a range of heavy mobile plant, including loaders, compactors, excavators, dump trucks, and support fleet
- Diagnosing and faultfinding across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing
- Responding to breakdowns and completing field repairs on-site
- Maintaining service records, job cards, and compliance documentation to required standards
- Working safely within site safety, environmental, and operational procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company and regulatory expectations
What you will need:
- Tradequalified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Cert III Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience working with heavy earthmoving equipment, including loaders, compactors, excavators, dump trucks, and support fleet
- Strong hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faultfinding capability
- HR licence (highly desirable)
- Ability to work safely and effectively in remote, heavy industrial, or fieldbased environments
- A strong safety mindset with commitment to adhering to site procedures and environmental standards
