About Our Client
Our leading global mining client is proud to be a leading Australian producer of premium quality hard coking coal for export steel markets within Central Queensland's Bowen Basin, with additional joint ventures in steel making coal, copper and manganese across Northwest Queensland and Western Australia. What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Dump Truck Operator within the Production Department on a coal mine near Moura. You will be operating CAT 797 Dump Trucks being loaded by a Shovel or KOM 830E Dump Trucks being loaded by an Excavator. You will be working a 7/7 Wednesday to Tuesday rotating day and night roster. These roles are available to local & DIDO candidates.
What you will need
- Previous mining experience operating Komatsu 830E or CAT 797 Dump Trucks within a production environment
- You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
- Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
