• $60/hour + super paid on all rostered shift hours
• 7/7 roster 12.5 hour shifts, Wednesday to Tuesday rotating day and night shift roster

About Our Client

Middlemount Coal Mine is located approximately 90 kilometres north-east of Emerald and some 7 kilometres west of the township of Middlemount in Queenslands Bowen Basin. Middlemount Coal Mine is an open-cut coal mine which uses conventional truck and shovel methods. Middlemount commenced its full-scale operations in November 2011 with a current mine life expectancy estimated to be more than 20 years.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within a production mining environment, operating a variety of heavy machinery to support daily operations and production targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Operating a range of production equipment safely and efficiently
• Completing pre-start checks, inspections, and defect reporting
• Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and site compliance
• Supporting production targets within a team-based environment
• Working across both day and night shifts on a 7/7 roster

What you will need

• Proven Experience operating Dump Trucks (789, 793, 794) within a production environment.
• Signed Training Transcript
• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
• Ability to complete an instant Drug & Alcohol screen (within 14 days of site induction)
• Valid Drivers License
