What you will be doing
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor provides an important link between the maintenance planning teams and the condition of fixed plant. This position is based 65km north of Rockhampton with transport provided to and from site.
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for :
Assisting in the day-to-day tasks of the maintenance team, taking into account the planning and scheduling of the teams and the prioritizing and allocating of specific duties to employees.
- Ensure the effective repair and maintenance of fixed plant assets.
- Undertake repairs/maintenance and provide assistance to others on the team to prolong equipment life.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with plant and equipment.
- Regularly inspections
- Assist in the identification, management and implementation of relevant training.

What you will need:
We are looking for someone who has the following:
Essential:
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
- Current QLD Electrical Licence (Fitter/Mechanic)
- Previous experience with maintenance of fixed plant assets.
- Read and interpret technical documents, such as: OEM Maintenance plans.
- Complex electrical schematics/termination diagrams and update as necessary.
