About the Role:
WorkPac on behalf of our leading energy client are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team in Collie working an 8/6 roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure contractors adhere to construction plans, safety standards, and quality management.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with managers to address project progress, resource allocation, and any issues or changes in scope.
- Prepare and compile daily reports
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, promptly reporting any construction or technical issues.
- Have oversight of daily safety procedures and resolve any technical or contractual issues that may arise.
- Liaison with Engineers and Project Management to resolve contractual scope gap issues between contractors and client to ensure continuity of installation works
- Review of E&I work packs, ITPs.
- Site walk downs and close out of ITRs and pre-commissioning activities.
- Review of HV Switching programmes and perimetry
- Review and approve documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Possession of relevant electrical qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical supervision, safety protocols, and construction management, particularly in heavy instrument or electrical work.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
