About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Electricians for substation-based work across the Adelaide metro area. This is a site-based role involving customer connections, emergency response, and other critical electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect new and altered electrical installations for customers
- Perform emergency electrical response and fault-finding
- Disconnect and reconnect customer installations for commercial works
- Investigate electrical incidents including shocks, voltage complaints, and other safety-related concerns
- Complete works in accordance with AS/NZS3000 and network safety standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety and compliance procedures on-site
Requirements
- SA Electrical Licence (essential)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Proven experience working on substations or with utility providers
- Current Drivers Licence
- First Aid Ticket or willingness to get
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team
