About the Client
Our Client has is a long established Australian owned and operated company. They are a market leader in the design, manufacture, maintenance and repair of Overhead Travelling Cranes and associated materials handling equipment throughout Australia.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an Electrician to service and maintain a variety of fixed cranes, including fault finding of low voltage motors and control equipment. You will carry out the installation of electrical crane equipment as well as the calibration. You will work with relays, contactor, some PLC and radio controlled systems. You will need to be flexible as your daily schedule may change as breakdowns can occur. Routine repairs and maintenance are a large part of an Electricians life .
Skills/Experience
Current Drivers Licence
Electrical Trade Qualification
EWP/Gantry and Forklift desirable
