Fire Protection Electrician

• $58.18/hr + Penalties
• Monday Friday | Standard Day Shifts (with overtime as required)
• Location: Newcastle / NSW

Our client is a leader in the fire protection industry, committed to delivering high-quality safety systems and services. Join a dynamic team in a supportive and engaging field-based and site environment, working across a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems, including fire alarm detection systems, gas suppression systems, and emergency warning systems.
• Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Completing service and maintenance activities efficiently to meet deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Identifying site issues proactively and implementing effective solutions and improvements.

What You Will Need

• Current Electrical License and Trade certificates

• Current Drivers license and White card
• Experience in fire protection systems or a related electrical field (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of HSE compliance and workplace safety practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
