Electricians - Solar and battery installations
$56.80 /hr. Flat rate
Depot in Rutherford
Monday and Saturday (10Hr. Days)
About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the renewable energy industry, committed to delivering high-quality solar and battery solutions. Our client is seeking qualified Electricians with SAA accreditation to join a growing team delivering high-quality solar and battery installations across local domestic and commercial sites.
What You Will Be Doing
Solar and battery system installations (domestic and commercial)
Collecting equipment and materials from the warehouse/depot
Liaising with customers on arrival and throughout the job
Installing systems in line with engineer documentation and manufacturer installation manuals
Completing required selfies and documentation to meet government rebate requirements
Supervising apprentices on site and ensuring safe work practices
Programming system monitoring and confirming correct system operation
Completing required paperwork with customers
Maintaining a clean worksite and returning unused equipment, rubbish, and documentation to the warehouse
Performing general electrical works as required
Service and maintenance work including system issues, inspections, and replacing faulty equipment
What You Will Need (Mandatory)
Electrical Contractors Licence
White Card
Working at Heights certification
Desirable Attributes
SAA Accreditation Solar Installation and Solar & Battery Installation
Off-grid accreditation (highly regarded)
Experience supervising apprentices
Strong customer service and communication skills
