About our Client:
Our client is a trusted specialist in Nurse Call systems, serving hospitals and aged care facilities across Western Australia. With over 16 years of experience, they provide installation and maintenance of advanced communication and alarm systems, including IP-based solutions and simpler systems for smaller clinics.
About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of an Electronics Specialist to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth. This position is Monday to Friday, full-time hours with rotating on call work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair Nurse Call, Paging, and other communication systems in hospitals and aged care facilities.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during on-call weeks and attend to urgent repairs.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure systems are working properly.
- Set up and configure new systems when needed.
- Work with the team to solve technical issues and provide customer support.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and service reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Electrical Technician or Engineering background
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system repairs and maintenance.
- Electrical or trade background, with relevant experience in installations and breakdowns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Wa C-Class Drivers Licence
