About the Role

We are seeking an Production Excavator Operators to join our Production Mining Team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. You'll be responsible for safe and efficient operation of large-scale mining equipment, working to design parameters, and contributing to a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators efficiently, safely, and competently to achieve maximum output.
• Work to design boundaries of ore bodies, berms, and pit walls.
• Ensure floor levels are maintained, dilution is minimised, and design tolerances achieved.
• Load haul trucks in production mining environments.
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety policies and respond to Mining Supervisor instructions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 12 months experience as a mining production excavator operator.
• Proven experience operating:
  • Hitachi 3600 or larger
  • CAT 3600
  • Liebherr 9400
• Skilled in loading haul trucks in production mining operations.
• Additional haul truck operating skills required.
• Preference for multi-skilled operators with dozer and/or loader experience.
• Strong safety focus and team-oriented attitude.
