Experienced Bobcat Operator Immediate Start!
Location: Crestmead
Hours: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturday
Rate: $44.14/hour with penalties

Position/Role Description:
Our client is involved in asphalting works and requires a skilled operator to operate the Bobcat. This is a great opportunity for those looking to contribute to key civil works across various sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations alongside other civil crews.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Operating Bobcat, MTV, and Shoulder Paver.
- Operating a 2m Profiler.
- Using attachments such as 4in1, Broom, and Millhead (Millhead training available).
- Operating 3D level control.
- Spreading asphalt by rake, broom, and jackhammer.
- Performing general maintenance.
- Spotting machinery.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Construction White Card
- Bobcat Ticket (mandatory)
- HR Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asphalting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating Bobcat in asphalt or road construction.
- Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and travel away from home.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to pass an instant D&A test.
