About our client:

What you will be doing:
Working 5:00AM-1:30PM, Monday to Friday as a chopper gun/ sprayer your main responsibilities will be;
- Operate chopper gun / spray-up equipment to apply fibreglass and resin to moulds in line with production drawings and specifications
- Prepare moulds and materials including waxing, gel-coating, cutting matting, and resin mixing
- Monitor resin ratios, spray patterns, thickness and finish quality to ensure compliance with product standards
- Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks during and after lay-up
- Trim, grind and finish fibreglass components using hand and power tools
- Maintain and clean spray equipment, hoses, nozzles and work areas to prevent contamination or blockages
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, mould makers and finishing teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with general workshop tasks including material handling, packing and dispatch as required
What you will need
- Previous experience spraying fibreglass
- Drivers license + reliable transport
- Physically fit as work can be labour intensive
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Ability to pass Pre Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol screen
