About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider in the fire protection and safety industry, delivering high-quality servicing, compliance, and product solutions across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites. What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, and maintenance of portable fire equipment across various client sites, ensuring all work is completed in line with Australian Standards and company procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspection, testing, and servicing of portable fire equipment
- Conducting minor repairs and fault finding
- Installation and relocation of fire equipment as required
- Identifying defects and completing rectification works
- Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Promoting additional services and products to meet client needs
- Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and site requirements
- Liaising with internal teams and supporting broader operations
- Working both independently and within a team environment
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in fire equipment servicing or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards (desirable)
- Proven ability to meet targets and work autonomously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Current Drivers Licence (essential)
- Fire Protection Accreditation Licence (essential)
