About the Client
Our client has been a trusted manufacturer and supplier of PVC pipes, composite hoses, steel reinforcement, and ducting systems to various industries across Australia for over 60 years.
What you will be doing
Working Monday - Friday with a 5am start as a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack goods
- Transport materials to and from storage areas, machines, or loading docks
- Inspect forklifts before each use and report any faults or issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and site procedures
- Assist with general warehouse or yard duties when required
- Use RF scanners, dockets, or other inventory systems (if applicable)
- Secure loads correctly to prevent damage or accidents
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High Risk Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Mechanically minded with troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
