Forklift Operator

Perform basic operational process or production work under limited supervision.

Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in machine production.

Typical tasks may include:

Basic machine set up
Process line work in a team environment (e.g. sorting, sachets, forming & Hand packing / palletisation

Basic record keeping and quality checks
Cleaning and hygiene

Loading and unloading Pasta/ Ingredient/Filling/Packaging Material.
Perform minor machine and equipment adjustment and maintenance to an individual line with supervision.
Record basic QA or production details including CCP tests, date codes, operational data and monitoring details.
Assist in general process or production line work.
Perform general cleaning duties associated with any of the lines in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
Identify and perform all duties according to WHS standards, including correct manual handling techniques, movement of pallets and emergency stop procedures, etc.

Displays accountability for product quality through the monitoring of product and taking appropriate action.
Ensures work practice fully complies with all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and ISO Quality System procedures (must have internal GMP/HACCP training).
Perform general duties as required.
