Haul Truck Operators

- 7/7 roster rotating Days & Nights
- Opportunities to go permanent after 3 months
About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators for work with a well-known mining company within the Bowen Basin near Collinsville. This role is suited to operators with strong production mining experience operating CAT haul trucks or larger within a mining environment.
About The Client
Our client is a leading mining contractor delivering large-scale production services across Queenslands Bowen Basin. The client is well established in the coal mining sector, providing end-to-end mining solutions including bulk earthworks, overburden removal, coal mining, and rehabilitation services.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Operating CAT haul trucks in a production mining environment
- Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements
- Working collaboratively within a mining production team
What You Will Need
- Minimum 2 years mining experience operating haul trucks
- Experience operating CAT 777 haul trucks or larger
- Signed Skills List by SSE/Delegate for haul truck operation
- Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
- Current CBM Section 4
- Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol testing
- Current Police Check highly desirable
