About the Role
The Health, Safety, and Training Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel within the coal mining operations in Queensland. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety programs, as well as coordinating and delivering essential training for mine site workers. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, fosters a safety-conscious work culture, and actively participates in continuous improvement efforts for health, safety, and training systems.
Skills & Experience
- Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
- CBM - Section 4
- Ability to pass regular Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Right to Work in Australia
- Hold a current Driver's Licence
- Current resume with updated references
- A very strong work ethic
