Heavy Diesel Fitter
- Pay rate ranging from $45-$65 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 10 hours per day
About Our Client:
Our client is a family owned business located in Darwin, first established in 2011 and is committed to serving the local communities with exceptional bitumen maintenance and repair services.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel engines and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct overhauls and rebuilds of engines and transmissions
- Replace worn or defective parts and components
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance practices and foster a supportive work environment
What You Will Need:
- White card
- HC/MC Drivers Licence
- Trade Qualifications such as Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
