Human Resource Recruitment Administrator

 About the client

Located 40kms north of Mudgee in Western Coalfields of NSW, our client operates both open cut and underground mining areas.

About the Role:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, contributing to recruitment processes and ensuring efficiency during a busy period. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic team.

 Key Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating with candidates to provide updates on the recruitment process.
• Assisting with onboarding activities, such as collecting necessary documentation.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
• Supporting other HR team members with related tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
• Skill in managing tight timelines and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment tasks.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
