Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- $90/hr
- Local Role Gunnedah Region
- Work for a leading explosives and blasting services provider
About Our Client
Our Client is a global leader in mining and civil blasting solutions, known for its innovation, safety, and world-class technology. This opportunity is with WorkPac, working on site with our client focusing on the maintenance and servicing of MPU (Mobile Processing Unit) trucks.
What you will be doing
- Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of MPU trucks
- Diagnosing and repairing faults, including mechanical and auto electrical issues
- Completing accurate service documentation and adhering to safety procedures
- Working locally with no FIFO required
- Working Monday - Friday
What you will need
- Certificate III in HV Mechanical Technology
- Auto electrical knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities
- O43 Induction and site-specific induction
- HR Licence preferred
