About the Client
Our Client is a leading provider of hydraulic hose and fluid connection solutions, servicing a wide range of industries across Australia. They are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service while providing a supportive and professional work environment.
What you will be doing
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Answering inbound customer phone calls and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders and purchase orders accurately
- Data entry and maintaining customer records
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Assisting with general customer service and administration duties
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Previous blue-collar customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills
