About the Client

What you will be doing
As a Sales & Administration Support Officer you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Entering and following up on quotes for clients
- Liaising with customers to provide updates and assistance
- Managing orders from quotation through to final delivery
- Coordinating with the factory manager to meet production and dispatch deadlines
- Managing subcontractors when required
- Providing general administration support to the wider team
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the aluminium windows and doors industry, or similar trade/manufacturing environment (highly desirable)
- Commitment to long-term work
