Key Responsibilities:
- A talent for driving sales, a genuine love for building relationships and organisational skills that are second to none. Reliability with fantastic attention to detail, a natural leader who influences and inspires others around them.
- An experienced leader and Manager with the ability to run a successful retail business
- An ability to provide unbeatable customer service experiences
- A proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability of mentoring and coaching Team Members to shine and succeed
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
Key Requirements:
- Manage and drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPI's and sales targets
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targets
- Recruiting, training, and coaching Team Members to become top performers
- Providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
- Operational requirement - stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail business administration tasks
