About Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the construction and infrastructure industry, known for delivering high-quality precast concrete products across Australia. They offer a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with consistent work and opportunities for long-term career progression.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment assisting with the production of precast concrete products. Duties may include general labouring, assisting welders, operating gantry cranes, or working in moulding processes depending on your experience. You will be required to work in hot conditions, complete physically demanding tasks, and contribute to a productive team environment.
What You Will Need:
- Previous labouring or manufacturing experience
- Welding experience (highly regarded for welder roles)
- Gantry crane experience (advantageous)
- Ability to work 1012 hour shifts starting from 5AM
- Ability to work in hot environments and complete manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail (especially for moulder roles)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
