About the Client
Our Client delivers high-quality landscape and maintenance services across the Sunshine Coast region. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and community presentation, they work closely with local councils to maintain public spaces, ensuring they remain clean, safe and visually appealing. The roles is based in Moffat Beach.
What you will be doing
As a Landscape Leading Hand you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Leading and supporting a small landscape maintenance crew
- Whipper snipping, mowing, edging and general grounds upkeep
- Tree pruning and debris/rubbish removal
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to council standards
- Daily coordination, task allocation and reporting to supervisors
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance
- Leadership capability or experience overseeing small teams
- Current drivers licence
- Valid White Card (Council compliance requirement)
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork and reliability
