About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be an experienced Loader Operator, responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader to support day-to-day production and material handling activities. You will load and move materials, feed the asphalt plant, maintain stockpiles and assist with general yard operations as required. The role will involve completing pre-start inspections, operating equipment in line with site procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and working closely with the plant and dispatch teams to ensure production targets are met.
What You Will Need
- Loader Operator Skills & Experience
- Able to communicate clearly with the plant team, dispatch and drivers, including via radio
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
