What You Will Be Doing
They are currently seeking a Logistics Officer with Forklift ticket based out of their Narangba warehouse to work within their logistics/dispatch area. This is a long-term position with an ASAP start, working Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Your duties will include:
- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, trailers and containers while ensuring loads are secure and compliant.
- Accurately pick, stage and move stock within the warehouse, maintaining correct stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
- Pack and unpack import/export containers, including palletising, wrapping and labelling goods as required.
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against manifests, pick slips and other documentation.
- Identify, record and report any stock discrepancies, shortages or damages.
- Conduct equipment pre-start checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following WHS and company procedures.
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Forklift licence and experience
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol screen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Experience with import/export containers (preferred not mandatory).
