About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a role based in Orange Grove, South of Perth. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the broader community, leveraging your commercial insight to drive cost efficiencies, growth, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Champion and enforce safety protocols to achieve outstanding performance outcomes.
- Manage daily operations effectively, ensuring production priorities align with quality standards, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead and inspire staff and contractors through hands-on management and mentorship.
- Ensure the site adheres to all licensing, consent, and regulatory requirements.
- Play a key role in strategic planning and execution of both short-term and long-term Capital Works and maintenance.
Skills and Experience required:
- Extensive experience in Quarrying Operations or Mining with a strong track record of leadership.
- Relevant Site Senior Executive (SSE) notice.
- Ability to proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets, with a focus on controlling expenditure and costs.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles is highly desirable.
- Relevant Quarry management qualifications and/or tertiary education.
