WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled Lagger/Insulator Labourer for marine vessel fit-out works based in Adelaide.

About Our Client
WorkPac are partnering with a leading marine and defence contractor specialising in shipbuilding and vessel outfitting. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lagger/Insulator to join the Outfitting and Ship Carpentry team.
This role will see you working on marine vessels, installing fixtures, fittings, and insulation to a high standard. You will be part of a skilled team delivering critical fit-out works in a safety-focused environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carry out lagging and insulation works on marine vessels
- Assist with ship outfitting and carpentry-related tasks
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Install fixtures and fittings to required standards
- Maintain accurate daily time records
- Work closely with Leading Hands and Quality Inspectors
- Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and project requirements
- Participate in pre-starts and adhere to site procedures
What You Will Need
- Ability to read drawings and measure
- Experience in insulation/lagging or marine outfitting (highly regarded but not required)
- Strong hand and power tool experience
- Solid understanding of workplace health & safety
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Able to pass police check
- Must be Australian Citizen
