About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Marketing Manager to join our esteemed client's team, based in Melbourne. This position is a full time, Monday to Friday, permanent position with our client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand
- Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns
- Manage social media, content creation, and marketing materials
- Organise and coordinate events such as tradeshows, client functions, and team-building activities
- Oversee and support a small team of junior marketing staff
- Maintain continuity of marketing initiatives during team absences
- Work closely with in-house design teams and external agencies as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in both strategic and hands-on marketing roles
- Ability to lead and support a small marketing team
- Proven track record in running events and marketing campaigns
- Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience working with international teams is a bonus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
