Mechanical Fitter
About Our Client
Our client is a high-profile organisation within the defence industry, delivering complex mechanical and engineering solutions across major projects. What You Will Be Doing:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Installation of bilge systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment
- Flange pipe installation and assembly
- Performing mechanical fitting and assembly tasks to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety and project requirements
- Contributing to a professional and team-oriented work environment
What You Will Need:
- Trade qualification Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter)
- Proven experience in mechanical fitting and installation work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with pumps, piping, and mechanical systems
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic
