About Our Client:
Our client is a leading intermodal and logistics business, recently expanding through acquisition, with operations spanning rail, road transport, and related services. They are committed to operational excellence and building a strong, engaged workforce across their business.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to support a diverse operational workforce, driving change management and workforce integration. Youll provide end-to-end HR support, offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and recruitment, while contributing to the development and growth of the HR function.
What You Will Need:
- Strong HRBP experience in blue-collar/operational environments supporting large workforces.
- Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement, and post-acquisition integration.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in transport, logistics, mining, or industrial sectors; exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or driver/forklift workforces a plus.
- 10+ years HR experience: Formal HR qualification not essential
- 23 years HR experience: Relevant HR qualification required
