About the Position:

WorkPac are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a well supported team based in Fremantle. This role is offering a permanent fulltime position working a Monday to Friday roster.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, board papers and executive documentation
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting (strong analytical component)
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines and business priorities across the organisation
  • Support national initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers and global stakeholders
  • Assist with internal communications and business presentations
  • Support office administration, facilities coordination and supplier management
  • Coordinate and attend conferences, leadership events and business activities
  • Identify and improve reporting processes, systems and workflows
  • Ensure CEO and leadership priorities are executed efficiently and professionally

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator or senior administrative role
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO/leadership level)
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High-level written communication and presentation capability
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Professional, resilient and confident personality able to operate in an executive environment and hold their own
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-driven and able to work with limited supervision
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, including reasonable overtime as required
  • Ability to travel interstate occasionally
  • Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in logistics, transport, shipping or corporate environments
  • Experience supporting business-wide initiatives or projects
