About the Client
Our Client is a well-established leader within the automotive industry, servicing customers across both the Sunshine Coast. They deliver high-quality mechanical services with a focus on professionalism, customer satisfaction and trusted long-term relationships. What you will be doing
As a Mobile Mechanic you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform service, repair and diagnostic work on customer vehicles
- Work autonomously with limited supervision
- Ensure all work is required to maintain vehicle safety and performance
- Conduct detailed inspections and identify additional repairs
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
- Prepare quotes, invoices and collect payment upon job completion
- Document all approvals and follow company payment procedures
- Maintain the company van in a clean and roadworthy condition
- Promote positive working relationships and uphold company values
- May be required to mentor an Apprentice Mechanic
What you will need
- Valid Trade Qualification/Certification and current Drivers Licence
- Brand experience with Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia or Mitsubishi (advantageous)
- Ability to follow WHS procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
