WorkPac are seeking Dozer Operators for positions at our clients site in Erskine Park, NSW. These are temp-to-perm roles offering a competitive base rate of $46.10 per hour with potential for overtime. You will be responsible for operating earthmoving equipment and ensuring efficient waste management.

About The Client

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating earthmoving equipment such as bulldozers and potentially other machines if ticketed.
• Excavating and loading dry waste including metal, wood, and general rubbish.
• Assisting drivers and the public with proper waste placement to ensure effective spreading.
• Maintaining and operating vehicles and equipment according to established procedures.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional image at all times.

What You Will Need

• Drivers licence
• A valid Dozer Licence.
• Previous experience operating earthmoving equipment.
• Ability to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
• Experience in the waste industry is highly desirable but not essential.
