About Our Client

Our client, Glencore, is one of Australias leading mining operators, known for safe, efficient and sustainable production. Their Hail Creek operation offers excellent facilities, a strong team culture and long-term opportunities for skilled production operators.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator within a production coal mining environment at Hail Creek, operating haul trucks and additional machinery to support site production targets.

 Operating production haul trucks including:

• Komatsu 830 / 930 / 960
• CAT 793
• Terex 4400

Operating haul trucks plus one or more of the following:

• Dozers: CAT D10 or D11
• Graders: CAT 16 or CAT 24

 Additional duties include:

• Completing pre-start checks and following all site safety procedures
• Maintaining production outputs to meet site targets
• Contributing to a strong safety culture

What You Will Need

• Proven experience operating large open-cut production machinery listed above
• Dump Truck Operators: Truck experience required
• Multi-Skilled Operators: Truck experience plus additional machine experience
• Current Standard 11
• Current Coal Board Medical
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
