About the Role
As a Mobilisation Officer, you will manage the onboarding process for contractors, ensuring readiness for site through qualification checks, travel arrangements, and stakeholder coordination. Based in Perth, youll play a vital role in supporting Sustaining Capital Projects through efficient mobilisation and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with seamless contractor mobilisation to site.
- Process travel requests and verify personnel qualifications promptly.
- Manage project portfolios and provide clear, concise stakeholder communication.
- Perform audits, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Actively participate in critical response events.
- Ensure compliance with RTIO frameworks and processes
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Rio Tinto Systems (INX, RTTMS, SAP etc..) desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Methodical problem-solving and adaptability in various situations.
- Adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Prior experience in a mobilisation role or similar.
