About the Role
As a Mobilisation Officer, you will manage the onboarding process for contractors, ensuring readiness for site through qualification checks, travel arrangements, and stakeholder coordination. Based in Perth, youll play a vital role in supporting Sustaining Capital Projects through efficient mobilisation and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with seamless contractor mobilisation to site.
• Process travel requests and verify personnel qualifications promptly.
• Manage project portfolios and provide clear, concise stakeholder communication.
• Perform audits, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Actively participate in critical response events.
• Ensure compliance with RTIO frameworks and processes

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Rio Tinto Systems (INX, RTTMS, SAP etc..) desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Methodical problem-solving and adaptability in various situations.
• Adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Prior experience in a mobilisation role or similar.
