About the role:
WorkPac is seeking a Monitoring Officer to join our client for a 6 month duration based in Jandakot, WA. The role will suit individuals with a strong customer service background, team players who have the ability to work autonomously, resilient and reliable career focused professionals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring all alarms and calls are actioned, and complaints are resolved or escalated in accordance with Response Centre procedures.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers including Emergency Services.
- Working with and supporting different areas within the business, including our Customer Service team.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints and performing customer verifications.
- Ensuring all alarm events are actioned.
- Maintaining a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associated contacts.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong customer service experience on the phone or face to face, ideally within monitoring, emergency or helpline call centres.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a broad range enquiries.
- Savvy with technology, and able to pick up new digital technologies with ease.
- National Police clearance or/ability to obtain and maintain.
- Schedule and dispatch Chubb Fire Technicians to customer call outs.
- Working a rotating 24/7 roster onsite and there are no working from home opportunities.
