Carpenter Hoarding Specialist
- Thomastown location
- Monday Friday (8 hour days)
- $38p/h + penalties
WorkPac are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter/Trade Assistant to focus on the management and installation of timber hoarding systems.

Our client has been pioneering fencing solutions in Victoria since 1948. A market leader in providing temporary fencing and hoarding solutions for construction sites, events, pools and other site needs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Constructing, installing and maintaining secure and durable hoarding around construction and demolition sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes and using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.
- Customize timber hoardings to fit specific site needs, including adjusting for uneven ground and varying wind loadings
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Training Card) is essential.
- Certificate III in Carpentry, Trade School Certificate, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically with experience in hoarding and temporary construction environments.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
