What You Require
- Admin Experience
- Spreadsheet Experience/ exposure
- Google/ G Suite Exposure
- Payroll/ Data entry Experience.
- Purchasing Experience.
What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be performing duties which include Payroll/ data entry & validation for company payroll staff and contingent worker workforce, Revenue capture and Job costing for customer invoicing, Purchasing and cost capture, Maintaining training records as well as General Office/ Admin support tasks e.g. stationery and PPE orders/ stock levels.
