Short Description:
Join a high-performing team as an Operations Support Officer in Nudgee. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, providing frontline support to drivers, sales, and admin teams.

About the Position:
- You will support operational efficiency by:
- Investigating and resolving Salesforce cases (e.g. missed services, credit issues)
- Assisting with driver and sales-related queries
- Managing the shared operations inbox
- Providing admin guidance to peers and supporting Ops Supervisors
- Conducting fatigue breach monitoring and reporting
- Handling credit disputes and supporting incident reporting
- Assisting with driver-related documentation and compliance checks
- Supporting site safety assessments and run sheet processes
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Act as first point of contact for Salesforce-related case resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to respond to and resolve operational issues
- Conduct driver debriefs related to fatigue breaches
- Log incident/injury details in systems (e.g. Sphera) and coordinate site contact
- Monitor inboxes and escalate matters requiring urgent attention
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry for operational tracking
- Participate in weekend on-call roster once every 3 months
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous administration or operations support experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with confidence in engaging drivers and supervisors
- Able to handle competing priorities and work autonomously
- Experience using systems like Salesforce, Sphera, or similar platforms (advantageous)
- Mandatory: Police Check, DAS, and Pre-employment Medical
